Day 25 of 300 - Back to lifting weights

All the treadmills were taken so I ended up doing weights for the first time in ages. Probably a good thing since I’ve been actively avoiding them.

The ego wanted to pick up where I left off. Didn’t let it. Kept everything light, 5x5 across the board, just trying to remember how the movements feel without wrecking myself for the rest of the week.

Total Time: 32:09 / Average HR: 97 bpm / Volume: 2,685 kg / Calories: 215 kcal

My heart rate barely moved the whole time. Felt like a rest day compared to the treadmill, but 2,600 kg is still heavy for the time being. I’ll see how my legs feel tomorrow.
